O-1 VISA PETITIONER

The O-1 visa cannot be self-sponsored. Rather, the application requires a
"Petitioner" or "Sponsor" in the United States to submit the application to immigration on your behalf as the "Beneficiary.

As your O-1 Visa Agent you can work for multiple tattoo studies and tattoo at conventions across the United States. We also can put you in touch with Immigration Attorneys who are extremely knowledgeable in the tattoo industry and have the expertise to complete your visa application.

HOW TO GET STARTED

Visa Expeditors LLC is always looking for outstanding tattoo artists and we have provided an application form below.
​
Artist applications are reviewed weekly by the Visa Expeditors team and we do our best to get back to every single person.
​
Once the application is complete, the application team will reach out for further questions/interview. The next step is a Team review of the application at the next monthly review meeting. Notification of accepted applications will be emailed at that time. The average time from application to agent commitment is between 1-2 months, depending on the number of available spots in the Visa Expeditors program. Artists who are not accepted at the time are welcome to reapply at a later date.
